Best place to go before visiting stadium
Someone can help me for the best place before visiting stadium to have a fully west ham fans day. I will be there on 30 March to watch the match against Everton. Thanks in advance. Awaiting your advices.

Come out of the non-Westfield side of the station. Walk round to the Builders' Arms and have a drink, then head towards the Carpenters and have one there. After that walk under the bridge, into the park and have a couple overlooking the stadium in the rooftop beer garden at The Podium. If you have time go through the checkpoints and see what's happening around the ground on the stadium island.

Cofferez I went to Vision express in the Exchange in Ilford it longer than expected so I asked the optician where I could eat and he said if you want healthy food go to Spudulike on the ground floor hahahahaha

Is that classed as healthy food here?
